November has been another busy month for the Halesworth & Lowestoft Kuk Sool Schools with several important events taking place, which included national gradings, competitions and fundraising events.
First of all, congratulations to Wayne Sharpe, and Amii Errington in obtaining their 1st degree black belts. Also another very noteworthy achievement goes to Instructor Stephen Runnacles, who was successful in gaining his third degree Black Belt.
There was also further success on the mat at this year’s UK Kuk Sool Championships, which were held in Liverpool on November 24th.
The Halesworth & Lowestoft Kuk Sool team consisted of seven participants; Chris Rogers, Alison Rogers, Emma Williamson, Stuart Buskell, Gemma Buskell, Jean Tingey & Wayne Tingey.
