Our range of Martial Arts lessons are designed to you improve fitness, develop your self-defence and increase your confidence.
There are many benefits to joining a Martial Arts class, including:

This summer, be different and step out of your comfort zone so you can say ‘This Summer I…learned a Martial Art!’
We run a variety of classes to allow flexibility around other commitments, and welcome people of all ages, abilities and fitness levels.
Once you’re all booked in, remember to bring your confirmation and hand it to the instructor.
Please wear comfortable clothing (jogging trousers or shorts and a t-shirt) and gym shoes. Note that footwear is not required for most classes.
